Offering optimum efficiency, the EVW series 120W class eighth-brick power modules are targeted at a broad range of communications equipment OEMs and can be used in powering distributed power and intermediate bus architectures, as well as wireless infrastructure and pre-amlifier equipment, access and optical network infrastructure and enterprise systems, including PoE applications, and in industrial and test equipment. The EVW020 series DC-DC converters, using the latest, cost optimized technology, are designed for regulated single output voltages with models of 12.0Vdc, 6.0Vdc or 5.0Vdc. Convenient packaging options, combined with open-frame construction, enable designers to develop cost- and space-efficient solutions. Standard features include remote On/Off, remote sense, output voltage adjustment, overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection. Options include heatplate, SMT connections, and reduced length through-hole pins.
