FNW500/700

FNW500/700 series is a new generation of isolated dc-dc power modules providing up to 700W of output power in an industry standard full-brick. FNW500/700 series power modules operate over a wide input voltage range of 36 to 75Vdc and provide a single precisely regulated output of 28Vdc. The FNW500 features a high power density of 91 W/in3 and the FNW700 has a high power density of 127 W/in3. FNW700 delivers full power at case temperature of 90°C whereas FNW500 delivers full power at case temperature of up to 100°C. Threaded-through holes are provided to allow easy mounting or addition of a heatsink for high-temperature applications. Both FNW series modules are suitable for wireless base stations and other similar telecom equipment including RF power amplifier applications, wireless networks, and switching networks.
