New ProLynx Family of DC-DC converters accelerates speed to market by reducing design
cycle for applications requiring a wide input voltage tolerance.   The ProLynx family is the
3rd generation of Lineage's world class point-of-load converters (POL).  These high
efficiency, superior thermal derating modules operate over an ultra-wide input range of 9-36Vin
and provide a precisely regulated output voltage ranging from 3.0 - 18Vdc, programmable via
an external resistor. Standard features include remote On/Off, programmable output voltage,
monotonic start-up/shutdown, over current and overtemperature protection, and output voltage
sequencing. The powerful Tunable Loop feature allows the user to optimize the dynamic
response of the converter to match the load and significantly improve transient response
while simultaneously reducing the amount of external filtering. Ruggedized (-D) versions
are capable of operating in extremely high temperature environments up to 105°C and
withstand higher levels of shock and vibration (MIL STD 810F).
